Update to: Number of Shocks ('one' = 95)

The standard duration for torturing, I mean tasering, a victim is apparently five seconds. Now it has become clear that the X26 Instrument of Torture produces 19 shocks per second. The less-accurate 'Advanced' M26 Instrument of Torture produces somewhere between 11 and 25 shocks per second.

So "one" 5-second X26 tasering is actual 95 individual electrocutions.

What this means is the following: If a victim was tasered with an X26 'four times', then it actually means that they were electrocuted perhaps 380 times.

By way of another example, if someone was tasered for 2 minutes and 49 seconds, then they would have been electrocuted THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND ELEVEN (3,211) times (or perhaps 4,225 times if it was the M26).

Some 'unlikely' side-effects (such as death as one example) become ever more likely. Something that is 'unlikely', multiplied by big numbers, becomes certainty.

And with the original Taser-provided training stating something like 'Shock them until they comply' and 'It's perfectly safe and good for them', you can see that the less intelligent police-bots will sometimes get locked-up in an endless-loop when dealing with people in medical distress.

It's pretty clear to me that Taser's liability is significant. But that's just MY opinion.
