Smith on the complex issue of falling down

Mr. Smith, "Are tasers risk free? No, they cause people to fall down." [LINK]

This flimsy excuse, which is implying that the victims just 'fall down' (and bang their head?) is a non-starter. There have been very few (if any?) taser-associated deaths attributed to the victims lethally banging their head or anything else. Even if they did, then the coroner would have no problem identifying those instances.

But the coroners are often finding nothing at all... ...which means?

The issue is that sometimes they don't get up again - ever.
