CBC has slightly incorrect headline

One-third of people shot by Taser need medical attention: probe [LINK]

Actually, one-third are judged by the police to require medical attention. The percentage that actually DO require medical attention is very likely higher. The article says as much,

"But a detailed examination of the forms revealed that many more people are injured, yet never see a doctor."
