Deputy refuses taser shock - fired - sues.

INDIANAPOLIS - A former Hamilton County sheriff's deputy has filed a federal lawsuit claiming he was wrongfully fired for refusing to be shot with a stun gun during a training exercise. Ray F. Robert claimed in the suit filed in federal court in Indianapolis Tuesday that the electric shock from the gun is dangerous [well, duh!...] and a violation of his constitutional rights [well, duh!...]. Robert had been a deputy in the county north of Indianapolis for 29 years when he was fired in December. ... [LINK]

He'll win. 100%.

Especially given that the 'science' behind Taser's claims of safety is not universally accepted and given the many inexplicable connections amongst the pro-taser forces.
