The family of Robert Mitchell, the 16-year-old Detroit resident who died on April 10 2009 after he was tasered, have filed a federal lawsuit today against the city of Warren. Lawyer Paul Broschay said, "More and more people are going to die. They use Tasers without justification and for convenience." [
