4th taser mode caught on video

Indio, CA - The Naked Wizard, 23-year-old Johnathan Fredrick Felch, of San Luis Obispo, was arrested around 7:15 p.m. on April 17, 2009 at the Empire Polo Fields on suspicion of being drunk in public and resisting arrest. [LINK]

No mention of public nudity being on the charge sheet.


During the arrest, Felch was tasered in the neglected 4th mode.

This detail relates to alleged false statements from Taser International's paid-for in-house "experts", and the sworn statement of George L. Kirkham in the matter of Timothy Bolander, 31, Delray Beach, Florida (TNT #90 - December 23, 2004). [LINK]

Felch happened to be running away when the taser darts hit him in the back. (Those that are tasered in the back are often those wussy and puffter taser trainees, too frightened to be tasered in the chest.)

The taser-wielding officer then pressed the taser directly into Felch's chest with the taser darts still embedded in his back and still connected to the taser.

It just so happened that Felch didn't die. If he had died, then his alleged intoxication would have provided a ready blame-the-victim excuse for his individual susceptibility.
