Mounties want B.C. court to prevent Taser inquiry from finding misconduct [LINK]
No, it's not THE Mounties (the RCMP, the organization). It's just the four particular Mounties, and their lawyers.
I haven't seen anything to indicate what THE Mounties would want included in the scope of the Braidwood Inquiry. But I suspect that they wouldn't mind if their hand was forced.
