Queensland, Australia police will closely examine a Canadian report which found Tasers can kill before finalising a review of the stun guns. The 546-page report by retired judge Thomas Braidwood found Tasers have the capacity to cause serious injury or death and that risk increases significantly when the weapons are applied to the chest or when they are used repeatedly. Strange that the risk is proportional to the amount of use - if there's no cause and effect relationship, eh?
