The Journal Review - Crawfordsville, Indiana has settled (for $45,000) a lawsuit with Rick and Tonia Wheeler and their son Craig, resulting from an July 2, 2007 incident involving the use of a taser. The lawsuit was filed against Patrolman Jason Spires, Sgt. Geoff Payne and Patrolman Jared Colley and the city of Crawfordsville. [
