Ok, let me get this strait. If an Officer uses a stun gun on a child its A-OKAY, he was acting withing his/her role to subdue a child. If an adult does this then its a felony count of child abuse.Something wrong with this picture?

I'm sure I could post all day.... don't see the cops facing felony charges. Getting paid vacations is more like it, while an "internal review" is being done. What a joke, any review should be done by an outside party. Taser is a weapon, you don't use weapons on children. Also if your going to apply the law, it needs to be applied equally. Taser International has clearly stated that children are fair game for tasers. So long as they weigh more than 60 pounds.

Because if the child weighs 59 pounds... ...they might die (?).
