That's not even a good lie.
The basic BS claim here is that if tasers were not available, then the police would have been forced to shoot-to-death all the subjects in these cases.
People acting strange - BANG!
People threatening suicide - BANG!
People struggling in a cell - BANG!
This is such obvious bullocks that I don't believe I even need to formulate an explicit rebuttal.
But just look at the numbers of taser deployments and imagine if the police killed that many (additional!) Australians.
