New Orleans, LA - A jury has finally been seated in the manslaughter trial of former Winnfield Police Officer Scott Nugent, who is accused in the Taser death of a man he arrested. The defense team plan to call officials from Taser International who will testify as to how the deceased isn't actually dead (not really...).
