And allow me to explain another basic common sense concept that almost certainly applies here...
These two incidents of taser-torture occurred in 2008. On one man. But the incidents are just coming into the harsh light of public knowledge now, about two years later.
Conclusion?
Do you really think these two incidents were isolated events, and that similar taser-torture events have never happened before, and have never happened since?
It would be incredible that these two incidents were the only such cases of electro-torture by taser.
It is far, far, far and away more likely that these two are just two leaked examples of what must have been very common practice.
Basic common sense indicates that if you just happen to notice two needles rolling out of a haystack as you walk past, the haystack is probably chock-a-block full of needles.
Even 'dozens and dozens' of such taser-torture incidents sounds a bit low.
I'd put my money on more than one hundred similar taser-torture incidents in recent years.
This is pure speculation.
But it would be insane nonsense to assume that two-revealed indicates two-in-total.
