Lasser had pulled a (very?) small knife out of his pocket; he was delirious due to difficulty breathing (pneumonia). The man is on oxygen. One of the three police officers present had reportedly said: "OK, get him because we got more important work to do on the street tonight."
So what's going on in BC? Why the extremely high levels of taser insanity?
Hmmm... Perhaps when the police in BC are burning those huge heaping piles of illegal marijuana plants, they might want to consider the advantages of wandering around to the upwind side.
