Actually, I think that right there says it all!!
Let's just hope the judge is one with a position of reasonable ethics, and moral standing. Then again, that might be asking a but much of the legal system.
Yeah, I agree. There's no predicting what the legal beagles will arrive at. Often, the decision has nothing at all to do with the fundamental issues. It's a crap shoot.
But Taser tends to unload both barrels in these cases. So when they eventually lose a big one, they'll have nothing left. It'll be like the first trickle of water through a cracked dam.
