Well-known civil rights lawyer Cameron Ward wins in Supreme Court of Canada
CBC News - The Supreme Court of Canada has upheld $5,000 in damages against British Columbia for breaching the charter rights of Vancouver lawyer Cameron Ward who was unnecessarily strip-searched by police who wrongly thought [anyone really believe that?] he was going to throw a pie at Jean Chrétien.
