Two Waxahachie police officers have been suspended indefinitely after being accused of inappropriately using their stun guns on a prisoner, Earl Ray Gay, to remove a bag of crack cocaine from his mouth. Officer George Pappas and Lt. Damon James were videotaped by fellow officers during the incident, leading to an internal investigation of the July 16 incident that concluded last week.
