"...uncooperative after suffering a seizure..."
Ah yeah, almost by definition.
UPDATE:
The lawsuit claims Taser International falsely claims multiple discharges are no more harmful than a single discharge, and that the 26-watt jolt effects the nervous system, but "can not" effect the heart even when the chest is targeted.
Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges Taser International ignored medical or scientific research regarding the dangers of Tasers, and instead "devoted large sums of money to an intentional and false marketing campaign designed to mislead and deceive."

Hi Excited-delirium,
I hope 2010 brings the hammer down on TASER GUNS. There is never a reason that the police should ever be able to use electricity as a use of force. Thank you for posting a link to my page on yours...
Have a Happy New Year!
Peace,
STOP TASER GUNS
"hammer down" is probably the wrong metaphor. I slowly (re)learning that the wheels of justice grind along very slowly. So it'll be more like a slow strangulation, than a quick death by an eight foot drop.
The good news is that They (the Them They with the capital T) will not stop at the Corporation. They will follow the trail back to all the real people involved. I have some faith that they'll eventually be forced to face the music.
But these things take time.
Happy New Year.
(I'm at a big party right now.)
